As the Junior League of Hampton Roads, Inc. begins its 55th year of service to the Virginia peninsula, we remain committed to providing for the needs of local women and children through our volunteer hours and community outreach. This year, we continue our efforts to improve our community through our Signature Project – Take the Time, Know the Signs. The goal of this project is to spread awareness of women’s reproductive cancers by supporting community education and advocating for prevention through awareness of risk factors and symptoms, screenings and tests, annual exams, and early detection.

The Junior League of Hampton Roads is appealing to you to support the League in our community projects through a monetary contribution. Our goal for this year is to raise $100,000 to benefit our local community and promote awareness and prevention of women’s reproductive cancers. With your support, we can continue to have an impact locally and save lives.

We have six (6) levels of sponsorship, each with its own benefit package, as detailed in the enclosed materials. You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs and be secure in the knowledge that your sponsorship will be used to help the Junior League of Hampton Roads fund our Signature Project and other community outreach efforts. The Junior League of Hampton Roads, Inc was established in 1956 to promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women, and improve our local communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The members of our organization are committed to improving the quality of life for women, children and families on the Virginia Peninsula through educational, cultural and health initiatives.
