The 8^th Annual “Where the Wild Things Are” Casino Night

Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 6:30-11:00 PM

The Mariners’ Museum in Newport News, Virginia

Please join us for an evening of professional-style casino gaming, delicious food prepared on-site by

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, live music by Brother Lucy, dancing, and an opportunity to win big in our silent auctions. Over 500 tickets to this event have already been pre-sold and over 2000 invitations will be mailed in the coming weeks.

The Junior League of Hampton Roads, Inc was established in 1956 to promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women, and improve our local communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The members of our organization are committed to improving the quality of life for women, children and families on the Virginia Peninsula through educational, cultural and health initiatives. Our current Signature Project is Promoting Awareness and Prevention of Women’s Reproductive Cancers and will directly support cancer patients, encourage awareness, and educate the community through our partnership with Riverside Cancer Care Services.
