The advocacy arm of the Junior League of Hampton Roads is made up of one delegate to the State Public Affairs Committee (SPAC) of the Junior Leagues of Virginia. In conjunction with delegates from across the state of Virginia, JLHR's one SPAC delegate advocate on behalf of the JLHR to our representatives in Washington D.C. and Richmond to pass legislation important to our projects and the communities that they serve. These delegates also provide training on advocacy to our membership on SPAC efforts and about the community at large.
